Candy Smith Counseling

I am Candy Smith, and I love nothing more than helping people connect to their true selves and reconnect in new ways to their relationships. I am a wife, mother and grandmother who is invested in helping people heal and grow in relationships.

This passion has lead me to a deep dive into what makes people tick, what gets us stuck, and how to have safe and loving relationships with the people that we are close to.

I am a Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I offer personal SE sessions and am a Consult Provider through the Advanced Year. My newest passion is working with Couples using Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy.

I am shifting my practice to Couples work as I want to integrate my Somatic knowledge with helping people learn what is getting in the way of them being relational and then helping them learn the skills they need to be relational. I am practicing what I am preaching and finding such freedom and joy in my relationships and in my life. In sharing this with you it is my hope to help you to grow in trust, skills and insight in your own relationships.
